Be sure you have read Braman through Chapter 6 for tomorrow's class (If you have not yet started reading, start with Chapter 5).

Howdy folks,
I have updated the Team Project assignment. You should re-download the instructions.
Please, don't keep additional questions and concerns to yourself -- It's your grade -- If you are still confused, or think you need more information, or are still not sure what to do, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me!

Now, some of you commented you don't like group projects.  I'm sorry about that!  However, others commented that the expectations were unclear. I have tried to address this issue with the latest draft. However, while it is clear to me, I don't know that it is NOT clear to YOU if you don't let me know.
So, keep me posted.
I'll be in my office hours tomorrow from 12 - 2.

Folks, Ignore the bit about "Assignment Central" in the essay instructions. However, notice in the links to your right, and right here in this blog post is the style guide for references.

Howdy folks,
I'm permanently changing my office hours for the rest of the semester. Going forward, my office hours will be
Tues/Thurs from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM or by appointment.
Howdy folks,
There are two events that may be of interest to you.  For the second event, I have no idea if the bands are any good, but I think the cause is. Perhaps I will see some of you at one/both of these events!

First, tonight from 5 to 7 at the civil war statue on College Green there will be an "Occupy OU" event. Sounds like some folks are trying to get their voices heard locally.

Second is the following benefit event at Casa Nueva (this is from the Athens News):
Books for Prisoners Benefit with Chris Monday, Mike Elliott & Friends, Octopus & Owl, Queen Bee & The Honey Don'ts, and 150 cent. Benefit for Athens Books for Prisoners, a non-profit group that sends books and letters to prison inmates in Ohio. The show is free but financial donations and books are encouraged and welcomed. 10 p.m. Casa Cantina.
